Yellowheart -
Commonly referred to as Pau Amarello— which is Portuguese for “yellow wood”—consistent and vibrant yellow as Yellowheart. The wood is also sometimes sold as Brazilian Satinwood, though it is not to be considered a true satinwood.

African Paduak -
Pterocarpus soyauxii, the African padauk or African coralwood, is a species of Pterocarpus in the family Fabaceae, native to central and tropical west Africa, from Nigeria east to Congo-Kinshasa and south to Angola. The leaves are edible, and contain large amounts of vitamin C; they are eaten as a leaf vegetable. Bark extracts are used in herbal medicine to treat skin parasites and fungal infections. The wood is valuable, it is very durable, red at first, becoming purplish-brown on exposure to light.

Brown Heart -
Heartwood is a medium to dark brown, sometimes with a reddish hue. Lighter brown lines (from parenchyma) mixed throughout give a contrasted appearance. Pale sapwood is clearly demarcated from heartwood. Both strong and beautiful, Brownheart has been harvested and used for both utility and aesthetic purposes throughout its natural range. Brownheart has been formerly classified in the Andira genus, and is closely related to Patridgewood.

Curly Maple -
Comes from Primarily temperate regions in the Northern Hemisphere. Called curly maple because the ripples in the grain pattern create a three dimensional effect that appears as if the grain has “curled” along the length of the board. It’s also referred to as fiddleback maple, in reference to its historic use for the backs and sides of violins.

Hububalli -
also known as Loxopterygium sagotii comes from South America. Heartwood primarily light reddish brown, commonly with darker streaks. The heartwood is fluoresces when put under a blacklight.

Please advise boards might be off by 1/4-1/2" due to the nature of these wood from cutting.
